Q: How long will my restoration take?

A: your email after we finish and we will make adjustment as you like. We will retouch & repair until you are 100% satisfied.

Q: How will I get my restorations back?

A: Digitally! You’ll receive your restored photograph as a high-quality image file sent to your email.

Q: What if I don't have the digital files and only have old photos, slides or negatives?

A: We only can accept digital files at the moment, please scan your photos or snap a image of them with your phone. Then just upload them in the product page and we'll be working them right away!

Q: I have a photograph that is very damaged, can you fix it?

A: Of course! Just provide a high-quality scan. If you’d like us to reconstruct faces and clothing, giving us extra information and reference photographs can improve the result.

Q: Can you colorize a black & white photograph?

A: Yes, we certainly can! Colorization costs a little bit more than your average restoration, but the result is worth it. A full colorization can bring a lot of new detail to your old photograph.
